We do not offer returns or exchanges, but if something happens with your order, please contact us at hola@isartshop.es

We only offer money back to customers who receive wrong or damaged items, if this is your case please contact us at hola@isartshop.es within 15 days with photos of your item and we will find a solution.

In case of an error in the labeling of the product, contact us at hola@isartshop.es within one week from the moment of delivery, including your order number and photos of the item in question, and we will help you as soon as possible.
