  1. Object and scope of application

    These General Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the "GGCC") will govern the contractual relations between Maria Tremont (hereinafter Is Art Shop) and its consumer clients, understanding by these, the natural persons who act with a purpose other than their commercial activity, business, trade or profession, or legal persons or entities without legal personality that act non-profit in a field unrelated to a commercial or business activity (hereinafter, the "Client"), derived from the sales of products (hereinafter, the "Product" or "Products") that Is Art Shop makes to the Customer for the orders that the latter places and that Is Art Shop accepts.

    The seller is Maria Graciela Tremont Lopez, self-employed Spanish resident, with address at C/Rueda 4, Bajo E 28350 Ciempozuelos (Madrid) and provided with NIE Y6490740Q and email address hola@isartshop.es or isart. ilustra@gmail.com

    Product sales orders will therefore be governed by the CCGG; which will be completed, where appropriate, by the particular conditions that Is Art Shop and the Client may agree on.

    Only the sale of products to customers of legal age is allowed.

  2. GENERAL

    All sales of the Products made by the Seller are subject to these GGCC, unless otherwise stipulated. Other conditions or agreements that have not been expressly accepted in writing by the Seller will have no value or legal effect.

    In the event that the competent Courts declare any provision of these CCGG null, this will not affect the rest of the provisions of these CCGG that will continue in force. In this case, the parties will negotiate and try to reach an agreement on the text of an alternative article, which replaces the repealed provision, and whose intentions and content are as similar as possible to the latter.

  4. Total price

    The sale prices indicated in the catalog and on the website are shown in euros and do not include VAT. www.isartshop.es may carry out exclusive promotions for this channel, reserving the right to vary prices and offers with respect to other channels.

  5. Shipping costs

    The shipping costs will be added to the total amount of the selected products and duly itemized before placing the order.

    Shipping costs are variable depending on the country of destination of the shipment and the total amount of the purchase.

  6. Payment, delivery and execution procedures

    2. Shipping mode

      We ship to the rest of the world. The carrier and the delivery time may vary depending on the country of destination.

      Is Art Shop is not responsible for customs fees or taxes that are levied on shipments.

      The order will be sent to the address you indicated at the time you made your purchase. Is Art Shop does everything possible to respect the delivery times mentioned on the website.

      Is Art Shop will send you the order without any undue delay and at the latest within 45 calendar days from the confirmation of payment of the order made.

      When you receive your package, we advise you to verify that everything is in accordance with your order and in perfect condition. If you detect any anomaly caused by handling during shipment, sign and indicate it by hand on the delivery note.   7. Guarantee of legal compliance

    Is Art Shop as a seller, will respond to the Client, in the terms established in Royal Decree 1/2007, which approves the Consolidated Text of the Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users of any lack of conformity that is manifested in the period of two years from the moment of delivery of the product.

    Unless there is proof to the contrary, it will be presumed that the lack of conformity that manifests itself in the six months after the delivery of the product already existed when the thing was delivered, except when this presumption is incompatible with the nature of the product or the nature of the lack of conformity.

  9. Legislation and competent courts

    All agreements covered by these General Conditions, as well as any dispute or difference arising between the parties, is subject to the jurisdiction and exclusive competence of the Courts and Tribunals of the consumer.

    The contract is subject to Spanish law.
